BISHOP DUANE FIELDS, SR.
Bishop Duane Fields, Sr., M.Div. is a native of Queens, New York, born to Pastor Marvin Fields and the late Mrs. Joyce Fields. He accepted Christ as his Savior on May 24, 1984, and joined Evangel Baptist Church in Laurelton, New York.
On July 19, 1997, he married his wife, Sheree Fields, and together they have two children, Duane Jr. and Destiny.
Bishop Fields was licensed to preach on May 11, 1998, at Second Mount Zion Baptist Church in Hanover, Virginia, under the tutelage of his father, where he also served as Youth Minister. He was called to pastor Oxford Mount Zion Baptist Church in Ruther Glen, Virginia, and was installed on October 22, 2000. Under his leadership, the church has experienced significant growth, including a 250-seat sanctuary expansion and the acquisition of 26 acres for future development.
Academically equipped with a Master of Divinity, Bishop Fields is a dynamic, theologically grounded preacher who has ministered across the country.
He is also deeply committed to community impact, serving as former President of the Caroline County NAACP (2018–2020) and currently as Chaplain for the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office.
In 2023, he was appointed Metropolitan Bishop of the Northern Deanery for the Global United Fellowship (GUF) under Bishop Joel Peebles and was consecrated as a Bishop on October 7, 2022, under Bishop Neil C. Ellis.
He is the author of “21 Days From Verse to Victory,” a devotional designed to help believers align their lives with God’s Word and walk in daily spiritual victory. Bishop Fields continues to preach, lead, and serve with power, purpose, and a passion for transformation.
LADY SHEREE FIELDS
Lady Sheree Fields, M.CC, serves faithfully as the Elect Lady of Oxford Mount Zion Baptist Church, OMZBC, in Ruther Glen, Virginia. She is the devoted wife of Bishop Duane T. Fields and the proud mother of two children, Duane Jr. and Destiny.
Answering the call to Gospel ministry, Lady Sheree has become a powerful voice impacting the lives of women. Led by the Holy Spirit, she founded the OMZBC Women of God Women’s Ministry and The Pursuing God Women’s Ministry. Through these thriving ministries, she has ministered to hundreds of women, cultivating environments of inward transformation, spiritual growth, and selfless service. She is committed to guiding women into deeper relationships with Christ and equipping them to become stronger wives, mothers, and faithful stewards through Bible study and spiritual development.
Her message is clear and unwavering. The anointing comes with a price.
Through the power of God, her ministry extends beyond the church walls through local radio, internet platforms, and social media, where she continues to pour into the Body of Christ with passion and purpose. She is also a devoted intercessor, standing in the gap through prayer.
Often described as quiet and humble, Lady Sheree carries a strength that is evident in both her life and ministry. Her commitment to fulfilling the Proverbs 31 mandate is visible publicly and at home, as she faithfully serves others with compassion and grace. Born the tenth of eleven children to Deacon Wesley and Mary Tillman, her journey reflects a powerful testimony of being called by God beyond feelings of being overlooked. She has grown into a dynamic preacher, teacher, and orator who delivers God’s Word with clarity, energy, and spiritual authority.
Her personal motto declares, God saw in me what I could not see in myself.
Having embraced her role as First Lady at the age of 26, Lady Sheree has grown gracefully into her divine assignment. She stands confidently alongside her husband as they lead OMZBC, committed to the edification of the Body of Christ and the glory of God.
